At Nearmme.in, we strive to provide the best services by connecting customers with reliable service providers. However, we understand that plans may change. Below is our cancellation policy for different types of services:


1. Service Bookings

  • Cancellation Before Service Confirmation: If you cancel before a service provider confirms your booking, you will not be charged.

  • Cancellation After Confirmation (Before Service Start):

    • If canceled within 1 hour of confirmation, no cancellation fee applies.

    • If canceled after 1 hour but before service begins, a cancellation fee of ₹50 or 10% of the service cost (whichever is higher) will apply.

  • Cancellation After Service Has Started: No cancellations are allowed once the service has begun.


2. Prepaid Services

  • Before Confirmation: Full refund.

  • After Confirmation but Before Service Starts: Refund after deducting a 10% cancellation fee.

  • After Service Starts: No refunds will be provided.


3. Subscription or Membership Plans

  • Monthly Plans: Can be canceled anytime, but no refunds for the current billing cycle.

  • Annual Plans:

    • Cancellation before 30 days of renewal will get a 50% refund.

    • Cancellation after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.


4. Vendor & Partner Cancellations

  • If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative provider.

  • Repeated cancellations by vendors may lead to account suspension.


5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.


6. Exceptions

  • In cases of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
