At Nearmme.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our platform serves as a bridge between users and reliable service providers. While we focus on delivering seamless service experiences, we understand that there may be occasions when a refund or return is necessary. Below is our Return Policy, aligned with our cancellation terms.
1. Service Bookings
Before Confirmation by Service Provider:
If a customer cancels a booking before it is confirmed by a service provider, a full refund will be issued.After Confirmation but Before Service Starts:
Within 1 hour of confirmation: Full refund, no charges.
After 1 hour: A cancellation fee of ₹50 or 10% of the service value (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
After Service Begins:
Returns or refunds are not applicable once the service has started.
2. Prepaid Services
Before Confirmation:
100% refund will be processed.After Confirmation but Before Service Commences:
Refund will be issued after a deduction of 10% cancellation fee.After Service Commencement:
No refunds will be issued.
3. Subscription or Membership Plans
Monthly Plans:
Can be canceled at any time, but the current month’s charges are non-refundable.Annual Plans:
Cancellation within 30 days of plan start: 50% refund.
Cancellation after 30 days: No refund will be provided.
4. Vendor & Partner Cancellations
If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking, customers are entitled to a full refund or may opt for an alternative service provider.
Vendors with repeated cancellations may face account review or suspension.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
6. Exceptions
In special cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, refund or return requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
